Più letti

Spring is one of the most beautiful seasons of the year. And, if you are planning to visit Italy during these peak spring months, we’d recommend that you focus on knowing about all the entry rules so you don’t get stuck in the middle of anywhere. All the European Union and European Economic Area countries are easing up their restrictions, including Milan. So, if you are cashing in money from 20Bet to save for your trip, there are a few things you need to keep in mind.

The current trends from the Italian government explained earlier this month that the country will no longer make any differentiation to the incoming travellers that are coming from around Europe or from outside Europe.

So, technically, Italy is also gearing up to welcome more and more travellers without binding unnecessary restrictions that aren’t required. The Ministry of Health in Italy has signed a new ordinance, effective from March 01. So, it will also apply to not just Italy but also the accessory European countries.

Unlike the additional rules that were put in place by the Italian government earlier, things have now changed for the better, especially with the prospects of vaccination, recovery or even a Covid test certificate to streamline entry into the country.

The statement reads, “For entry to the national territory, one of the conditions of the Green Pass will be sufficient: certificate of vaccination, certificate of recovery or negative test result.”

However, despite all the lease of restrictions, there are going to be certain criteria in place that supports the entry of the travellers to Italy, especially when it comes to meeting the validity period that is currently in place concerning the recovery or vaccination certifications from the virus.

The travellers also have to produce the government with a valid negative Covid test before entering the country. This is to ascertain the complete safety of the citizens and the other travellers that are coming in from around the world to visit Milan.

Also, vaccination certificates with one of the nine approved vaccines should be provided to the government upon arrival. So, if you are considering visiting Milan in the spring of 2022, you need to have proof of vaccination along with a valid negative test for gaining entry to the country.

Besides these, a recovery certificate from the virus will also be accepted, especially if the patient has recovered in the last six months. For the negative Covid-19 tests, the Italian government has clarified that they will accept both the rapid antigen test and the RT-PCR test.

If you don’t have these documents in place, there might be disputes upon arrival, especially when it comes to gaining entry to the spots. The travellers also have to provide the Italian government with a self-declaration form upon arrival. This is in addition to the other documents and is a must in the process.

With all these prospects in place, planning your next trip to Milan, Italy shouldn’t take you a lot of time. Just ensure that you practice social distancing and wear masks for your safety.
